HIRE360 was launched from industry-led meetings hosted by the Chicagoland AGC to address a critical contractor need: access to qualified subcontractors and a dependable, job-ready workforce. Today, as a Chicagoland AGC partner, HIRE360 connects you with skilled talent and M/WBE contractors who help you meet your goals, whether geographic, Equity Eligible, or Illinois Works.

If you need talented candidates to sponsor or are seeking apprentices to help you meet your goal, it's easy as one, two, three:
- Create a Contractor Account: If you do not already have one, create an account here or call (312) 575-2500 to set it up. You only need to do this one time.
- Submit Your Job Order: After creating your contractor account, you’ll receive a unique job order link. Tell us what you need for your project and we’ll find you the right candidate.
- Select Candidates: We will email you candidates for review. Select your preferred candidates and let’s get them to work!

HIRE360 recruits Equity Eligible candidates from Socio-economically Disadvantaged Areas, Chicago, and other communities who want rewarding careers in construction. All candidates are trained and prepared to step directly onto your active job sites. HIRE360 helps candidates enter union apprenticeship programs so they can work on your projects and has successfully placed candidates in all the trades.
Candidates receive nearly 200 hours of construction training, typically through the Climate Works or Illinois Works pre-apprenticeship programs. All participants are certified in OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, and NABTU’s TradesFutures Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3), and often receive additional certifications in fall protection, flagging, rigging, scaffolding, and more.
Through our barrier reduction support, HIRE360 can cover the costs of tools, boots, and other work-related expenses to help candidates transition seamlessly to your job site. In addition, many candidates qualify for up to $10,000 in training reimbursements, as well as bid credits on state projects.
