Women in Construction Week 2024
Women in Construction Week (March 4-9) celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. This year's theme, 'Keys to the Future', celebrates the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry. Firms of all sizes and types are highly encouraged to participate in WIC Week and show their support for their women employees. Building Better: A Women in Construction Study
Building Better is a collaboration between Ambition Theory and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) born out of a mutual desire to increase opportunities for women in the construction industry. This study provides data-driven practical insights and tools to companies in the construction industry who are genuinely committed to making the industry more inclusive.
Building Better is a call to action for all stakeholders to join forces and make a positive impact on the industry.
